My numbers when I started with Lewis were squat - 90kg, bench - 45kg and deadlift - 105kg and today they are squat - 140kg, bench - 80kg and deadlift- 180kg! Numbers aside, Lewis has given me so much confidence in the gym by teaching me how to perform movements & use machines correctly and safely.
